Welcome to Keep A Lid On It! By booking, purchasing, or engaging with our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services & Disclaimer

1.1 Keep A Lid On It provides holistic and alternative wellness services, including but not limited to:

  • Tapping (EFT)

  • Hypnotherapy

  • Kinesiology

  • Reiki

  • Access Bars

  • Chinese Medicine

  • Feng Shui Consultation

  • Family Constellations

1.2 Our services are complementary and holistic in nature and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or professional advice.

1.3 We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe medication for any condition. Clients should seek medical advice from a licensed healthcare provider before making any health-related decisions.

1.4 Results vary from person to person, and we do not guarantee specific outcomes.

2. Booking & Payment

2.1 All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

2.2 We accept payments via [Direct Debt: PayPal, Space, Bank Transfer, etc.].

2.3 If payment is not received, the booking is not confirmed and may be cancelled without notice.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

3.1 More than 48 hours' notice: Full refund or reschedule at no extra cost.
3.2 24-48 hours' notice: 50% refund OR one-time reschedule.
3.3 Less than 24 hours' notice / No-shows: No refund, no reschedule.

3.4 Workshops, group sessions, and prepaid packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to another participant with prior notice.

3.5 If we cancel a session, clients will receive a full refund or reschedule at no extra cost.

4. Client Responsibility & Liability Waiver

4.1 Clients acknowledge that they are voluntarily participating in our services and accept full responsibility for their physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

4.2 Keep A Lid On It and its practitioners are not liable for any outcomes, reactions, or personal decisions made before, during, or after sessions.

4.3 Clients with medical conditions, mental health concerns, or those taking prescription medication must consult a medical professional before booking.

5. Confidentiality & Privacy

5.1 All client information is kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.

5.2 We comply with applicable data protection laws. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

6. Code of Conduct

6.1 Clients must treat practitioners and other clients with respect.
6.2 Disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of services without a refund.
6.3 We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All content, including but not limited to workshops, materials, guides, and branding, is the intellectual property of Keep A Lid On It.
7.2 Clients may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our materials without written consent.

8. Changes to Terms & Conditions

8.1 Keep A Lid On It reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
8.2 Changes take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
