THIS BODY IS MINE.

"This body? It’s not here for your gaze. Not for approval. Not for performance. This body survived what some don’t talk about. Teachers. Strangers. People who should have protected me. But I clawed back what was stolen. And every pose I strike now? It’s a protest. It’s a reclamation. This class—my class—is about teaching women to stop waiting for the world to give us back our worth. We take it. We pose. We stand. We shoot. We own it. This is shadow work. Come with your scars. Leave with your power. This is not for men. It’s for us."

"Feminine, Not Chattel"

"Somewhere along the line, they told us being feminine meant being available. That our softness was for them. Not anymore. I’m 56. Rape survivor. Shadow-walker. Femme fatale in bloom. My classroom? It un-teaches the lie that men are your validation. And re-teaches this truth: the right man protects your power. He doesn’t take it. Want to reconnect to the version of you who was never ‘too much’? Come to class. We shoot. We pose. We learn to sit again—in our own damn throne.

"To that woman who’s tired of hating herself in the mirror. Who holds her breath every time she sees her own reflection. I see you. I've been you. But what if I told you: your body doesn’t need to change to be sacred. It already is. This isn’t about looking sexy. It’s about feeling sovereign. In my class, we don’t perform. We remember. We rebuild. We reclaim. No makeup required. No perfection needed. Just you, your breath, and your broken-open bravery. Let’s move. Let’s shoot. Let’s be.
