📌 No Guarantees of Sales or Attendance
Approval as a stallholder does not guarantee customer numbers, sales, bookings, or outcomes. Each stallholder is responsible for their own promotion, networking, and engagement before and during the market.

📌 Self-Promotion & Business Responsibility
Stallholders are expected to actively promote their own business and participation in the market through their own networks, social media, and community channels.

📌 Curated Selection Process
All applications are subject to approval to ensure alignment with the market’s handmade, organic, wellness, and community-focused vision. The organisers reserve the right to decline or limit categories to maintain balance and avoid duplication.

All stallholders must hold current Public Liability Insurance appropriate to their business type and may be required to provide proof upon request.
